CHARLOTTE (CORPORATE OFFICE)

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.

Commercial Roofing Sales/Service Manager -

Responsible for sales and management of commercial accounts including repairs and re-roofs. Must be experienced in commercial roofing installation, estimating and managing.

Re-Roof Sales Representative -

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers

Custom Homes Sales/Project Manager -

Serve as first point of contact for custom builders/customers. Track proposal process and deadlines while maintaining communication with Dept. Manager, field staff, builders and crews. Generate new business and cultivate custom experience.

Siding Field Technician -

Must have general knowledge of Siding and carpentry experience. Responsible for recommending and/or performing necessary repairs on residential homes.

Receptionist -

Responsible for answering, screening and transferring all calls from corporate office to appropriate department. Organize and maintain filing system, Distribute checks to subcontractors, Perform data entry to support scheduling team and deliver interoffice mail between three locations. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), Possess valid driver’s license and have intermediate-advanced computer skills.

Estimating Analyst (Roofing) -

Prepare accurate estimate reports for roofing jobs by understanding products and pricing, gathering pertinent information from Builders and analyzing important metrics. Must have ability to pay strict attention to detail, 2-3 years of administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency- specifically Excel and mathematical competency.

CHARLESTON

Coastal Division Manager –

Develops and maintains field operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image. Establishes production and quality control standards and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Provides guidance to the development of a field operations process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.

RALEIGH

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.

Siding Repair Assistant -

Minimum of 1 year of siding installation & repair experience required. Posession of hand tools, with a valid Driver’s License, and clear background check.

Re-Roof Sales Administrator -

This position will be responsible for scheduling installations, communicating with vendors, customer service, processing purchase orders and assisting the sales department in all administrative capacities.

Field Assistant -

This position will complete Pre & Post Inspections, access roof leaks and run material to job sites. Effective computer and communication skills, and the ability to climb rooftops and lift at least 50 lbs.

Service Coordinator -

This position researches, orders, tracks and communicates material needs to suppliers and field staff. Processes PO’s for accuracy and creates, maintains and manages roofing projects accurately and timely.

COLUMBIA

Field Technician –

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Responsible for the performing small repairs on residential roofs or have the ability to recommend needed repairs

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.

GREENVILLE

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.

Siding Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate activities of crews engaged in siding installation and repair. Serve as liaison between company, crews and builders. Represent company in a professional manner. Connection to local siding market preferred.

Scheduling Coordinator –

Serves as an integral part of building process. Retrieve and maintain builder schedules from trade portals. Communicate schedule changes and updates professionally with field and office personnel.

NASHVILLE

Field Supervisor- Residential –

Will be responsible for the supervision, coordination and the assisting of laborers and technicians on new and recent constructions, including shingle roofing and maintenance of existing roofing systems.

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.

ATLANTA

Field Supervisor –

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in new construction shingle roofing, metal roofing, gutter installation and maintenance of existing roofing systems.

Roofing Sales Representative –

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Seek out potential customers in need of roofing/siding services, Assist in recruiting installation crews, Maintain a professional relationship with networks of local builders, vendors, etc. Must have 3 years of local roofing experience and sales experience.

Re-Roof Sales Rep –

Reads and understands the scope of work and all contract documents associated with Re-Roofing projects/ jobs. Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities. Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers.
